The Ramshill Residents Association is a small group of dedicated residents determined to find a final resolution to the three legacy issues we inherited from the developer: Bryant / Taylor Woodrow / Taylor Wimpey. These issues are:
- Adoption of the estate by Hampshire County Council (HCC)
DONE! As of Sep 2020.
- Adoption of our green spaces & playground by Petersfield Town Council (PTC)
DONE! As of May 2020.
- Construction and opening of Skinners Farm Lane footpath.
DONE! As of Aug 2019, with street lights functioning from May 2020.
Much progress has been made and 2020 seems to be the year when our Legacy Issues were finally almost all resolved……after waiting for 16 YEARS! For the latest updates, please see our newsletters.
As of Sep 2020, the only last minor remaining issue is for the PTC adoption of green spaces to be extended to include formal responsiblity for the newly-reopened Skinner Farm Lane, so they will maintain it, clear the leaves and shrubs etc.
